| Archival history | Special Collections contains material deposited by various individuals involved with political song since the death of Janey Buchan in 2012. There are currently 20 individual deposits. The Ron Tendler Collection has been catalogued to item level and consists mainly of Workers’ Music Association (WMA) song sheets collected by Aubrey Bowman throughout his life as a conductor and composer with the WMA. All other collections have not been catalogued and are in the process of being organised. They include materials deposited by: Jimmy Ross; Alan Dickson; Andy Harris Collection; Anne Neilson Collection; Beth Shaw; Charles Parker; David Featherstone; Eileen Karmy-Bolton; Ewan McLennan; Finlay Allison; Jim Maclean; Ken Sutherland; Maria Fyfe; Pam Bishop; Pat Malcolm; Raymond Macdonald; Robin Baillie; Rona Topaz and Ted Power. |
